(1) Self-cleaning air filter
It is a mechanical and electrical integration equipment, the automatic realization of air filtration and filtration components of the automatic cleaning。 The air filter operates as usual during the automatic cleaning of the filter element.
(2)Air Compressor

The air compressor adopts an oil-free centrifugal type, which compresses the raw air to the pressure required by the process. The brand is internationally renowned, such as Atlas Copco, Ingersoll Rand, etc.
(3)Air pre-cooler
The air pre-cooler condenses the gaseous water in the compressed air into droplets using cooling and then separates the gas and liquid through the separator. And the outlet temperature is controlled at 5℃ ~10℃,
The main components adopt international brands, such as Germany bizer, Denmark danfoss, America Emerson, etc.
We use Siemens PLC control and can use RS485 I/O, Profibus, and Modbus communication types.
(4)MS Purifier
The two adsorption vessels in the purification system work alternately. When one vessel is in the adsorption cycle, the other vessel is in the regeneration cycle. The exhaust gas of the equipment is regenerated. Siemens PLC’s control system controls this technological process.
The new UOP molecular sieve is selected to ensure water, carbon dioxide, and hydrocarbon adsorption effect, lower regeneration temperature, energy savings, and consumption reduction. Rigorous design to provide air and molecular sieve contact time provides the adsorption effect. The new airflow distribution structure ensures uniform air distribution and avoids the tunnelling effect. Heat preservation materials are used for heat insulation of the heater barrel and some pipelines of the adsorber to reduce energy consumption. (5) Distillation column

The working wheel press is precision machined with an advanced five-axis CNC milling machine to ensure the machining accuracy of the impeller profile and high expansion efficiency. The rotor and bearing can be directly replaced from the average temperature end without picking up pearlescent sand, which is convenient for maintenance. (8)Control system
Instrument control systems should be able to effectively monitor sets of air separation equipment production processes to ensure reliable running and convenient operation and maintenance. Adopt centralized monitoring control and the principle of combining in situ monitoring and control.
To adapt to the needs of the technological process, the instrument control system adopts Siemens PLC control system; the main process parameters trend display, records, historical records, control, alarm, print, tables, and flow chart of the picture show performed by Siemens PLC system.
The central control room uses a 23-inch colour LCD monitor and has a multifunction printer for operation print, alarm printing, and tabulation printing.
PLC completes expander and interlock protection systems of all kinds of pumps and motors. It can memorize, display, and alarm when the relevant process parameters are over the limit. The interlock protection will be according to the technological requirements, automatic start or stop, open or close the valve and manual operation can be achieved to open and stop the equipment.
