ISO Tank CONTAINER
A portable ISO tank, also known as an ISO container, UN portable tank, or isotainer, adheres to the standards set by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO).
These specialized containers are designed to transport bulk liquids, both hazardous and non-hazardous.
The use of ISO tank containers is to transport and store non-hazardous and hazardous materials, such as liquids and powders.
ISO tanks are made of stainless steel with an insulation layer and a protective layer such as aluminum or polyurethane.
T75 tank containers are a secure and safe option for transporting many liquefied gases.
DSW offers onshore and offshore portable gas transport Solutions for nitrogen, oxygen, LNG, argon, methane, nitrous oxide, ethylene, carbon dioxide, and hydrogen.

ISO Standards
When manufactured, 20′ intermodal containers follow EN, ASME/DOT, or Chinese design standards. They offer maximum allowable working pressure (MAWP) options of 10, 18, and 24 bars in European designs and 100, 150, 180, and 230 psi in ASME/DOT designs. Forty’ intermodal containers are optimized explicitly for LNG and suitable for high payloads of ethylene or ethane gas cargoes.
Portable Cryogenic ISO Containers
LNG, Ethane, Ethylene, Nitrogen, and Argon.
The DSW comprises a cryogenic tank and associated pipework and valves enclosed within a durable frame designed and certified to comply with DNV and EN specifications.
This unit can be handled using forklift pockets or slings attached to frame pad eyes.
Tanks manufactured to operate between 60 psig and 250 psig are also available with ASME certifications.
The DSW features high vacuum super-insulation, full decals (customers may provide logos if desired), a pressure build system, and various pipework options for maximum versatility.
Custom painting on special request.
T75 UN tank container
This T75 UN tank possesses approvals for road, rail, and sea transport, CSC with DNV and EN approvals, and many other options. Designed and manufactured to transport liquid nitrogen, argon, and oxygen for storage/transport to oil production platforms worldwide from offshore supply vessels – typically, CO2-format tanks can even come equipped with a working pressure of 24 bar.
The 10ft ISO tank can accommodate working pressures ranging from 3.0 to 24 Bar.
Liquid nitrogen, oxygen, argon, and CO2 ISO TANK CONTAINERS, Based on the double shells,vacuum-Perlite insulation design is available in capacities from 20FT and 40FT with working pressures of 8 bar, 16 bar, and 22 bar.
