Each of the different types of fire extinguisher is suitable for different fire classes.
68L Firefighting Cylinders
Extended Usage: The larger capacity of the 68L cylinder means it can provide a longer supply of CO2 before needing to be refilled or replaced. This can be beneficial when a continuous and extended source of CO2 is required, such as in industrial processes or large-scale applications.
Increased Efficiency: With a higher gas capacity, the 68L cylinder can reduce the frequency of cylinder changes or refills, saving time and effort. This increased efficiency can be valuable in scenarios where frequent interruption or downtime for cylinder replacement is undesirable.
Cost-Effectiveness: In some instances, a larger CO2 cylinder may offer cost advantages. While the upfront cost of a 68L cylinder may be higher than a 47L cylinder, the larger capacity can potentially result in lower overall costs over time if it reduces the need for frequent refills or replacements.
Flexibility: The larger capacity of the 68L gas cylinder provides flexibility in accommodating various applications and usage requirements. It can cater to higher-demand situations or cases where a substantial amount of CO2 is needed, allowing for greater versatility in different industrial, commercial, or recreational settings.
DSW provides 2L to 80L excellent-performance high-pressure gas cylinders for various industrial gases and especially 68 litres of firefighting cylinders.
